Return Policy

You may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs.

All return requests must be submitted to, and approved by our customer service department.

The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be issued within this 14 day period, and the item must be received in our fulfillment center within 30 days of the ship date in order to qualify for a return or exchange.

There will be a 20% restocking fee charged for all returns that were not due to an error on our part. For items damaged in shipment, or DOA / Defective, see DAMAGED / DOA / Defective Item section below.

Shipping charges are not refundable. For any order in which there was "Free Shipping", our actual outbound shipping costs will also be deducted from your return refund. You will also be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Bundle Discounts: When a discount is applied to your order in consideration of a bundle purchase, this discount is applicable for as long as the order is unchanged. If you choose to alter your order subsequent to purchase, the discount applied is also subject to change - If items are substituted and/or entirely removed from the order then the percentage of your discount may change. (i.e. if your order only includes two items total and one item is removed from the order, the bundle discount is therefore removed as a result.)

Please note: "Paint on Screen", "Screen Innovations" & "Elite Screens" brand products, custom made/ordered items and special order, Green Screens & Video Conference Backgrounds, refurbished or B-Stock items are not returnable.

Please note: All projectors that are returned can have no more than 10 hours of usage reported on the bulb or laser light engine. Additional restocking fees or rejection of the return will apply if the projector's menu indicated more than 10 hours of usage. 

All returns must include the following:

  • The original packaging (manufacturer's box, plastic bags, styrofoam, etc.)
  • The manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)
  • All of the accessories (remote controls, batteries, carrying cases, software, etc.)
  • The original intact UPC barcode. Do not cut out the UPC code (for rebates or any other reason) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return regardless of RMA or credit request status.
  • A valid Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA). To receive your RMA# please contact our customer support department and be sure to have your order number accessible.

Freight / Shipping:

Damage :

Damaged merchandise will be replaced and/or repaired at our discretion. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect ALL shipments received for freight damage. If you find that merchandise has been damaged while in shipping, simply refuse the shipment unless it is shipped via FedEx / UPS.

If the item is shipped via truck, make the truck driver wait for you while you inspect the item. Failure to inspect the item will result in loss of protection.

If you cannot check the item at the time of delivery, or if the trucking company will not give you the time to check, MARK THE PACKAGE DAMAGED , and keep the box for review later. If the item happens to have concealed damage, we will then be able to process a return claim. If concealed damage is not reported to us within 2 days after delivery, no claim can be filed.

If damage is not reported within 2 days of receipt any repair or replacement is up to the discretion of the manufacturer who will determine if item is defective or was damaged in transit.

If UPS / FedEx leave the package at the door and you are not available to inspect it for freight damage, you need to call your FedEx / UPS office within 24 hours of delivery and file an immediate freight claim to report damage in addition to notifying us to begin replacement process.

LTL / Truck Delivery :

All items shipped via private truck carrier will be delivered "to the back of the truck" only. Should a customer request any additional services prior to, or at the time of delivery there may be additional charges applicable. If additional services are not prearranged with prior to shipment and requested by the customer to the carrier at the point of delivery, customer will be responsible for all additional charges.

DOA / Defective Items :

If your item arrives Dead on Arrival (DOA) or is defective upon receipt, please contact Customer Service immediately for an RMA #. DOA / Defective items can be returned for exchange only. If you do not want a replacement unit sent out, then the standard return policy and restocking fee will be applicable to the order.

Pricing Errors :

Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that an item's price may decrease between the time you place it in your cart and the time you purchase it.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our tremendous selection may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will attempt to contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Length of time for the issued credit to appear in your account is based on your individual bank or card issuer.

Why do I need to contact you in order to place my order?

As an authorized dealer for the product you are looking at, is bound by certain agreements with our manufacturer partners in how we display, price and sell certain products.

Some items may not be able to be advertised below a certain price or any pricing at all and others may not be able to be added to a shopping cart via an “add to cart” button.

If a competitor’s website has the same product but is not restricting the display/functionality in the same way that you see here on, than that competitor is likely NOT an authorized dealer.

What does that mean for you as the customer? It is very likely that the manufacturer may not honor your products warranty, or that your product was never intended for the US market to begin with.
